Labor law
Labor law is a fundamental area of law that regulates the legal relationships between employers and employees. Its purpose is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, structure employment relationships, and promote social justice while ensuring the protection of employees. At the same time, labor law seeks to balance these objectives with the economic interests of employers.
The employment contract forms the foundation of any employment relationship. It defines the rights and duties of both employers and employees, such as remuneration, working hours, and the nature of the work to be performed. Employment contracts can be concluded either in writing or verbally, although written agreements are preferred for evidentiary purposes.
